Janelle LeConte is a brand strategist, creative director, and communications executive with over 20 years of experience helping companies find their voice, build their systems, and scale with intention.

Her portfolio spans luxury home décor, fashion, beauty, and tech — with partnerships that include LVMH, Lexus, Google, HBO Max, and the NBA. As the founder of Karen Jai Home and a Tory Burch Foundation Fellow, Janelle bridges creativity and commerce with the precision of an operator and the perspective of a founder.
